Individual metallic polyester film wrapped over nylon filaments twisted in a clockwise of construction. For micro macrame, kumihimo, and tassel construction.

S Twist - Washable. Dries quickly. When cut with scissors, the individual filaments can separate. Made in China.

5 Sizes - Compare Diameters
0.1mm Ø - 3 filaments - compares to C-Lon Micro Cord.
0.4mm Ø - 6 filaments - close to C-Lon Fine Weight Tex 135.
0.5mm Ø - 9 filaments - compares to C-Lon Bead Cord (standard size). * Doubled over compares with C-Lon Tex 400 Bead Cord.
0.7mm Ø - 12 filaments - in between C-Lon standard and Tex 400.
0.9mm Ø - 15 filaments - close to C-Lon Tex 400 Bead Cord.

* Double cords? Knots made with double cords look great. Adding folded cords in micro macrame is easier than adding single cords with 2 ends.

Cords Ends? This metallic cord can be melted and cut with a thread burner. Get a burner HERE.

Personal Note - New as of July 2019, with more colors and sizes added June 2020 and July 2023. For micro macrame, I like the 0.5 mm diameter size, used singly with the standard C-Lon Bead Cord or doubled over with Tex 400. The thinner sizes are great for tassels or layering for kumihimo.
