Bonded nylon #69 is a thin thread originally designed for machine and hand stitching. The 3 ply bonded twisted multi-filament thread is similar to size E nylon thread. The Bonded Nylon #69 thread is great for stitching, wrapping, finishing, hidden construction, and micro-knotting or micro macrame with a high count of knots per square inches. It is also a great thread for stringing beads or bead crochet with beads with small holes, 15/0s, 11/os, semi-precious and precious faceted beads. It can also be used as a a warp or weft thread for loom or off-loom bead weaving where a twisted thread is desired.

Mostly stocked in G or A bobbins, few Fs. G Bobbin size is about 7/8" inch (22 mm) in diameter by 3/8" (9.4 mm). If you are using them for hand work it does not make any difference as the output is the same on all the bobbins.

Personal Note - I use Nylon #69 or C-Lon Micro Cord based on actual color choice. It is great for stitching, wrapping, finishing and hidden construction. I also occasionally use it to do part of a one of a kind piece, such as the micro-knotting of a mini cabochon for a very small gemstone with need of a very high count of knots per square inch. It is also a great thread for beading fine beads with small holes such as many of the semi-precious and precious faceted beads out on the market right now. One of my customer made several wallets with beaded panels woven on a loom with nylon #69 about 15 years ago. Her wallets have been in use everyday for over 15 years with no sign of wear!
